Terms and conditions of use of the UL VISION system.

1. Overview of the Application

UL Vision is an application developed by UL CONTROL that allows users to obtain real-time flight information via a probe and augmented reality display system. The application provides measurement and transmission services for flight parameters for ultra-light aircraft.

2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use

Access to and use of the UL Vision application imply the full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. The user agrees to read these Terms and Conditions carefully and to comply with them. UL CONTROL reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Users will be notified of any changes and may, if they wish, stop using the application.

3. Access to the Application

The application is accessible via iOS and Android systems for users with a valid UL Vision account. Users must be 18 years of age or older to use the application.

4. Use of the Application

The application allows to:

  • Receive flight data via Bluetooth (BLE) from a UL Vision probe.
  • Display real-time flight information on compatible augmented reality glasses.
  • Update probe settings via the mobile application.
  • Perform OTA (Over The Air) firmware updates for the probe.

The user agrees to use the application solely for legitimate purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Responsibilities

UL CONTROL takes the necessary measures to ensure the proper functioning of the application but cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions or malfunctions due to technical limitations of the Internet or equipment.

The UL VISION system provides values for informational purposes only and cannot override the information provided by the aircraft’s onboard instrumentation. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly verify the consistency of this information and to rely exclusively on the aircraft’s onboard instruments in case of doubt or failure of the UL VISION system. UL CONTROL cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for inconsistencies or the absence of displayed data or the consequences of their use.

UL CONTROL will not be held responsible for any non-compliant or inappropriate use of the application.

6. Personal Data

The use of the UL Vision application involves the processing of the user’s personal data. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

UL CONTROL holds all intellectual property rights to the UL Vision application and its content. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of these elements is prohibited.

8. Termination

UL CONTROL reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the application in case of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
