UL CONTROL and FLYING NEURONS announce the signing of a technological and commercial cooperation agreement

Aix-en-Provence, April 22, 2026

UL CONTROL and FLYING NEURONS, two French companies specializing in avionics systems for light and ultralight aviation, announce the signing of a cooperation agreement aimed at developing innovative solutions to enhance flight safety.

UL CONTROL designs and markets a lightweight head-up display system intended to assist the pilot while complying with visual flight rules (VFR) requirements.
 FLYING NEURONS, for its part, develops advanced anti-collision systems designed to improve traffic detection and situational awareness.

Sharing the same market, complementary technologies, and a common ambition in terms of aviation safety, the two companies have decided to combine their expertise in order to strengthen the interoperability of their systems.

This partnership notably aims to enable the integration of data from the SuperNeurone anti-collision system into the UL VISION head-up display, thereby providing the pilot with more immediate and ergonomic access to critical in-flight information.

By combining FLYING NEURONS’ unique expertise in the field of anti-collision systems with UL CONTROL’s expertise in head-up display technology, the two companies are taking a new step toward safer, more intuitive light aviation, firmly focused on innovation by offering a unique pilot assistance system.

Beyond technical development, UL CONTROL and FLYING NEURONS also intend to carry out joint promotional and demonstration activities for their solutions, both in France and internationally.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to delivering ever more efficient solutions, while contributing to improved safety in the field of light aviation, without ever compromising ease of use or the requirements of visual flight rules.
